About 93% of Indian jobs are not in the organised sector. The students and graduates that come out of our colleges and campuses are vying for the other 7%. Unfortunately, there is a gap between the skills produced in our colleges and campuses and the requirements corporate entities have, when they look for talent. Liqwid Krystal focuses on bridging that gap.
We focus on employability learning - on bridging the gap between corporate requirements and college/campus learning. We work with blue-chip corporate entities as well as with academic universities and state education departments to provide this.
India is a huge nation - and we have chosen to focus on moving a wider group of people to employable levels. This scale, in our opinion, can only be enabled through technology. Hence, in our 9 years of existence, we have chosen to create strong intellectual property in technology-enabled learning.
What we do: We specialise in online Learning Solutions for the IT/ITeS. Our solutions address the key challenges of training, assessing, certifying and retaining precious human talent in Corporates and SMBs. We use our award-winning CodeSaw™ Learning Architecture to deliver focused learning curricula and other content to a learner's Desktop. Backed by a full 360-degree view of learning, we support our customers with the necessary user training, mentoring and customer care services in order to ensure adoption of online learning.
Alliances and Partnerships: We have partnerships with the world's leading content providers including SkillSoft™, Books 24x7™, 50 Lessons™. Being an Authorized Prometric Testing Partner, we can deliver industry-leading certifications in hundreds of locations across India.
Who we work with: We work with blue-chip corporate organisations including HCL Technologies, Satyam Computer Services, Cognizant Technologies, Infosys Technologies and Hexaware Technologies. Our offerings extend to end consumers through online curricula for Industry Certifications.
We are also actively engaged with VTU and Andhra University - two large Universities in South India, empowering students of these Universities with employable skills, thus making them market-ready.
We have recently signed an MoU with IL&FS and the Department of Information Technology - Government of India, to provide education services for its Common Service Centers(CSC) project.
